books are only good untill you get stuck and you have noone to help so yeah…
anyone up to be my tutor so to speak?
You could also give my video tutorials a try as they are meant for learners who have no knowledge of programming in Unity and it is in C#.

Seems quite lazy to me. Work your way through a book and if you get stuck as a question. Be a self learner, its the only way ultimately.
Maybe that’s now how he learns efficiently. What you’re saying is close to someone asking for tutorials, and then someone else telling him to stop being lazy and read the API.
That said, I doubt you’ll get a 1 on 1 lesson, there are tons of people who “want” to learn and not nearly as many who can or “want” to teach.
I think that’s unfair. Everyone learns differently and maybe his way is best for him. Personally I tried reading a book to learn illustrator and didn’t really learn much. then I sat with my artist for a few days and just watched as he worked in illustrator and asked questions. Basically I nailed it good enough I can use illustrator quite well by learning from a master.
So BitFiction if you are in Sydney I can teach you. Actually same offer goes to anyone in Sydney Australia that wants to learn, give me a shout.
No its completely fair. Programming is not illustrator. Get a book. Read book. Type in the examples. If he is stuck he can ask a question.
Never said to read the API. I said to get a book and ask questions when he gets stuck. Tough love but this is the only way in the long run. Self learning. Get it?
