100$ automated Payout Request Failed, How to get back the money now?

I used Unity Ads automated process Payout Request 101 USD, but got the email of payout request failed.

I have requested support two times at support.unity3d.com, but I have no response after 3 weeks.
My organization ID is 7971583012198.

More importantly, WHERE ARE THE 101 USD NOW?
Now, the 101 USD no back to “UnityAds Unpaid Earnings” in the Operate Dashboard.

What do I have to do to receive this payment at the end of June?
I’ve updated my bank details and everything is fine now.

No, I didn’t receive my money. They answered me after 5 weeks on e-mail and told me " I will be transferring your ticket to our Finances team where one of our specialists will be able to help you out with this issue " .

I think I have to wait another 10 weeks until the next answer. This is the worst customer support I ever seen. :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I hope I get my money but I think they will find an excuse and I won’t get it. :slight_smile:
