… AND THE WINNER IS:
** @turboscalpeur for “Scene Project”**
Congratulations and thanks everyone for participating with such great projects. All of them look very cool! You’ll be contacted to receive your reward. Hope everyone following this contest has enjoyed it.
The trailer is older (2 months ago), some effects and new shaders were added later so it doesn’t look so good as the latest screenshots but it’s the only trailer I’ve made.
A horror game based on the folklore of my country Trinidad and Tobago called: “Jumbie”.
This is just a teaser for the game. I’ve finally finished writing the story line and most of the script, and now I’ve started development.
It uses Beatify for:
Sharpening,
Color Correction / ACES Tonemap / Vibrance
Bloom,
Flares,
Lens Dirt,
Depth Of Field,
Eye Adaptation,
Purkinje (In select scenes, not shown in attached)
Vignette.
Also, below is a short teaser I had uploaded for a film story. It shows some real time cinematic gameplay also featuring Beautify.
Hello, this is Eddy from New York City!
Here is the game I’m working on, “Eddy Melody”, a story about a group of musicians travel the post-apocalyptic world.
This game also won 2016 Lumen Prize in London as “Distinction For Games”: http://lumenprize.com/newsarticle/2016-lumen-winners-announced
As an indie-developer, I basically finish everything by myself, such as music, art, code, and of course game design. Below is the documentary video about how the game is made:
My game is a long way off, but for what it’s worth, here’s a pic of the test project where I’ve been experimenting with different assets to get the sky, weather, water, and terrain looking like I want them to. I just thought it was pretty. I’m using the sun-flares and a little bloom with the Beautify staples (Sharpen, Dither, Vibrance, Brightness & Contrast).
A small Scene Project I’m currently working on, in Unity 5 using Beautify (Image Enhancement, Tonemapping & Color Grading, Bloom or not, Anamorphic Flares, Purkinje and Vignetting):
