2 Blank errors, not fixing with Roslyn fix

Hi all,
I am getting 2 blank error every time I start Unity versions post 2018.4. I have tried the fix of updating csc batch file and hasn’t worked. I also reinstalled everything related to Unity and updated windows and windows SDK as well. Tried with both .Net 4.0 and .Net 2.x.
The editor log also does not have anything that stands out. Neither does it have the time stamps at which the errors show up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

then its a update issue , i was having the same problem on window 7 i tested the same project on windows 10 it was working well , i fixed the problem by updating my Windows 7 Online
