I have 2 rows of menu items in my Unity. I had reset the layout and reinstall it but the problem still the same.
Does anyone has any idea on how to solve the problem.

Check around, apparently there are hundreds of reports (just in this forum here) of people getting double windows opening the latest Unity. I don’t have the problem so I never read the answer, but it’s all out there in the subject lines on this forum.
