I would like to know if the 20% can be applied as refunds to purchases just made, like for Unity iPhone.
Had I have known, I would have waited an extra few days to purchase.

@Seon: no, retroactive application isn’t possible but you can hold on to it for a future purchase as the time limit on them will be quite long (one year).
