2017.2.0f3 Unable to build iOS project via command line

I haven’t changed anything with how we build our application. Via Jenkins I run the following command:

Yeah, I’m having the same issue.

I have the same error.

Seems to go away the second time you press build. Not sure why though ads are disabled… Future ads that you can enable remotely?
