So, many of developer want to know about usage of Editor’s version. Aras had a post long time ago, it was 2015！Some guys wanted the update. So, why not today we check it together.
I think this will be very useful to the Asset Store Submission. It’s all about compatibility problem.

2017 just released - I’m sure at least 25% of users will be updated by the end of the week.
Trust me, if one day there is a version with brand new terrain editor, I will forget every old version.
Sadly, this only allows one option and there is also no 2017 in the list. We use multiple versions at work depending on the project and what we maintain/bug fixes/features. While I try to keep projects in the latest version, it’s not always possible.
Because that would be terrible data. And useless data.
I think I’ll ping Unity to see if they’re interested in releasing real stats on stats unity I guess or better (and point them to this thread!)
