2018.3 - Tracked pose driver reset to zero on tracking lost

I recently updated my project to Unity 2018.3.0f2 and it seem that the Tracked pose driver is broken on this version.
Each time the controller lost tracking, the tracked pose driver set the local position of the controller to zero, instead of calculating the approximate position of the controller from the last position (worked fine in 2018.2).
It cause serious issues as the controller randomly fly away when tracking is lost for a short time.
Does anyone have the same problem?

I sent a bug report, and just got a reply from the Unity team that it will be fixed.
