2018.4.11 LTS not available in UCB

I have UCB set to Use Latest 2018.4. There is a x.x.11 available but UCB is not using it nor is it available in the dropdown for specific version builds.

I made a ticket https://support.unity3d.com/hc/requests/729898 but there also seems to be an issue with signing into the support site. The page just keeps refreshing endlessly

There’s always a bit of a delay in releasing new versions so that we can validate that the version does work on UCB and won’t suddenly break everyone’s projects. 2018.4.11 has now been released in UCB.
