2019.1 - No Package Manager, Hdrp, Black Screen...

I downloaded 2019.1 via Hub, created new HDRP project and I get project that looks like that:

What I tried:

  • reinstalling 019.1 via hub
  • reinstalling 2019.1 via manual downloader
  • launching project, deleting TEMP and restarting
  • changing and re-saving project and restarting
  • deleting manifest.json from project and launching project
  • creating another project on another HDD
  • deleting Unity cache in user folder

Everything works ok on a different computer (everything = installing 2019.1 and creating new HDRP project).

I have 1080 with Nvidia 419.67 drivers. i7 4770k, 16gb ram.

EDIT: Imported scene from another PC works ok, so there is some error during new project creation.

I’m having similar issues. With converting an old project, or creating new projects. For me it’s trying to re-compile package dll’s at runtime and is failing.

Could you please submit bug reports about these issues with the computers that are affected?
