2019.3 IAP keeps alerting to update

So, I update the IAP package manage but 2019.3 has a Unity Purchasing folder in the Assets/Plugins that have the store packages. I guess this is what Unity wants to update but can NOT, since the subtitle said it is obsolete.

You will want to update to Unity 2019.4 or higher and install IAP via Package Manager (In App Purchasing library). Note the release notes, you’ll want to delete /Assets/Plugins/UnityPurchasing after the upgrade (we no longer use the Asset store folders)
