[2019.4.3f1] Your license does not cover android publishing

Hello everyone! I newbie in Unity.
I have problem with build with android. I readed this theme and trying re-login account and check for updates my license (via Unity Hub). But this don’t helped me. :frowning:

Also my Unity hub don’t open Unity for existing project (only for new project)

Having the same issue.

Still having the same issue in various Unity versions, including 2020.x.x.
A fix is to close and reopen the project.
