2020.2 editor crashed during play, brought with it 2020.1

and the lightmap no longer work the same, overbright now

Not much useful information you have provided there. :face_with_spiral_eyes: Do you still have the editor.log file when the editor crashed? It often outputs the assert/callstack where it crashed, this could be useful.

I’ve seen the overbright thingy many times in 2018.4, never figured out why that happens though.

I figured out the overbright thing: the toggle for ambient occlusion that’s inside lighting turned off, maybe fidgety fingers or maybe that crash reset it, like a fuse tripping
