scroll the wheel in the scene view and it won’t dolly, or maybe a tiny bit
used to work in 2002.LTS and works in 2022
and please add input in your test bed because I see tons and tons of regression in how the editor works
This is almost ALWAYS caused by getting the scene camera out of whack.
Pick any object in scene, then put the mouse cursor over the scene and press F
