Get them while they are hot! We have another Asset Store Sale for you, packed with awesome goodies and deals, but hurry the Sale ends in 24 hours (8am GMT on the 28th Feb).
Thanks; it’s a Battle Zone clone actually (which that ZX Spectrum Combat Zone is also a clone of). I’m sure someone could manage to say no if he was sufficiently grumpy. (Whoa, the smileys have changed with the forum update…somewhat easier to distinguish now.)
Any chance these 24h sales could be extended to 48h sales? As someone in a time zone on the other side of the planet, there’s just a very short window of an hour or two where I’m a) not sleeping and b) not at work. So I (and I presume many others) cannot partake in these sales unless I find out about it the minute it’s announced.
There’s some potentially interesting assets on sale but I’m afraid by the time I get home from work the 24h sale will already be over. That’s a lost sale for you.
I was going to pick up the skeleton pack yesterday but today I realized it didnt have any animations, I would have bought it in impulse yesterday when I got the email but it didnt start when I got it. I think it should start as soon as you get the email.
Vectrosity has sold about 1.75X as many copies in one day as all of my assets did during the rest of the month combined. So, I’d say it was mildly impactful.
I love the sale idea, but alas, it was too short. I think about my purchases. So, after consideration, I got up this morning to purchase Xffect, only to find that I had missed the deadline. 24 hours, on a Wednesday? @!@$#
Now, the product I was interested in is 2x as expensive, and I have loss-aversion. Extend it to 48 hours please.
Add another with the TZ issue. Last sale the schedule worked out and wasn’t a problem, this time I missed out, but would have bought at least one package if it had been a 48 hour sale.
I can confirm this too, because I had one sale in the last minutes (my package participated in the sale). Just having the impression that there might be a few more people willing to purchase, but didn’t quite make it.
