2D Endless Ground In Cutscene?

I am not sure on what to google, so I try to describe what I am trying to find;
I have a 2D game with a cutscene. In this cutscene, a car drives over ground, while the player can click through dialogue boxes. The car is no problem, its fixed to the camera and only the wheels rotate, but the ground is a problem. How do I make it endless (I already tried the endless BG that follows the cam) so that it looks like the car is driving? it needs to be like this, because the game runs endlessly, as long as the player hasnt clicked through all the dialogue boxes.

Well, i just looped the Ground, it animates from right to left, and is attached to the camera. Is there a better way to do this?
