Hey I really need to download the 2D IK preview package com.unity.2d.ik and no matter what I do the same error pops up
ebuchi resource 
try to clear cache.
delete folder
[project path]/Library/Package cache
and delete
[project path]/Packages/packages-lock.json
then try again
