2D lighting without URP?

Hey, all. Long story short, I have a 2D project with camera filters/shaders which I downloaded from the asset store. The issue is that they don’t support URP. I am now wondering if there is a way to use the built-in render pipeline and still have 2D lights? Switching a material to URP and using the shader on it as an image simply gave me a hideous, blurry screen.

I have a similar problem, and I think it’s impossible, but I’d listen to someone’s advice.
