You’ve got to realize that there doesn’t exist a tutorial for everything. Especially for something as specific as you’re requesting. Do a search on Google – if you don’t find it there you can assume it doesn’t exist.
Sometimes you need to just sit down and work it out yourself…
Are you talking about a weapon trail effect or the actual arm moving? There’s a weapon trail script on the asset store and I believe I’ve seen a script on the wiki.
