Hello I am working on an open world game called MADNESS it is based in the UK and will contain guns, driving, walking, missions and plenty of side activities, atm the game is in very early development (pre-pre-pre-alpha v0.0.4) I am looking for 5 people to help develop this game.
REQUIRMENTS:
Average to high knowledge of blender
Average to high knowledge of unity 3D
Ability to code in c#
Ability to design and make UI
Be a good listener and team worker

PAYMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
Each and every developer involved in this project will be credited in the game’s credits and will receive 5% of the game’s generated profits, there is obviously not a number at this time, however it will be fair and truthful. If a member of the team leaves the studio prior to the release of the game they will be credited for the work they did and be paid a set amount dependent on the work provided, the amount that this would be in a percentage would be determined by myself and the rest of the studio. This job will not provide an hourly rate, as stated above it will be a percentage of the profits the game generates.
