Imgur: The magic of the Internet - in case the image doesnt show properly
Hello! I bought a 3d shield asset from the unity asset store and while it is fully transparent when its in front of 3d assets, it isnt transparent with 2d sprites. I’ve figured for my background to my game, i can make a quad and use the sprites I was intending to use, thats easy enough. But Id love for the shield to full encapsulate my player.
I’ve checked all the settings and I dont think it has to do with the render queue or sorting layers. I strongly suspect there is something about a mesh renderer that causes the shield to work correctly.
Any suggestions??
