Very cool, but I’m not sure if it’s worth 20 bucks. Although I may be wrong, I’m new to selling assets…

I think good addon for this will be faster animation and more pages. I mean book can have 50 pages but you can edit only 5. So it will look bigger and it will increase effect turning pages.

I think excellent for RPG games :).

You can adjust the speed form existing variable and also u can add unlimited pages. There is no limit about pages :slight_smile:

Is is possible to jump to chapters or jump to the beginning or end?

It look very nice but is a little bit slow on this iMac
Intel core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz with 4GB ram and Geforce 9400

i have the exact same Mac and working smooth…try to adjust the page turning speed and yes its possible, you will have only to change one variable …in this case called currentpage and the page will flip to that page. Just type in demo in the textfield “gotopage” the number of the page u want to go.if the page doesnt exist ,it doesnt move!:stuck_out_tongue: xD

good to know…anyways i was able to hack together a solution for mobile without using xml…for the web image retriving, do i have to place my images and the xml file in the same directory?

On my home Mac it is running smooth. Have to check why it is so slow on the work Mac.

Chapters are a nice add on but i have another idea.
You have a 3D moden and a read mode but what i miss is something that use the full screen and blend out the buttons after a short while.
I have the ipad or others tablets in mind and want to use the full screen there.
Also it would be cool to have a swipe control there but that is more special to ios.

So will it work on ios now?

right now you have to change some code for it to work with mobile…specifically you have to bypass the xml loading… i got it to work yesterday… and touch control can be easily implemented using the unity built-in class

i have played around with the variable timepagesturn = 0.3f; that does not seem to have an effect on the page flip speed

edit…got it now
