is there any 3d model software out there that can be used to make model for my projects that i dont have to pay alot just to learn let alone getting the software?

As for learning, this guy makes good Blender tutorials:
He goes through a lot more than just the modelling part, but there’s no harm in learning how to render in Blender too.
