Nice stuff, my comments;
textures: Please add more basic flat painting schemes too.Nothing fancy. Like concrete. Your bricks are (or looks) too big to be real & too shinny.
2nd floor: if floor is quad can you see it from beneath? Maybe a cube can be better for mid floor. Not sure couldn’t catch it from video.
try to make a few more floors,stairs and make them modular. So we can create a small village with your asset package. Only 1 house with restrictions looks like a free asset for me. Actually there are some super cool extremely good free assets in store…

For sure I’ll include more flat painting schemes and lots of more variations.
About the floor you cannot currently watch it from beneath, that’s and issue I am working on.
Indeed is being planned to be modular.
That is actually the second story of my own house, I need to model the first story from withing the top one, so far you can see both stories are just the same with an extra height. The three “doors” in one side are actually links to the rooms I still need to add, and the other is a link to a balcony I also still need to add.
Lots of work left, but better to now from the beginning what people would like to see
