I need to know how to create a all white realistic milk box in 3ds Max 2010 I created the box and and did the roof on the editable poly, but i don't know how to incline the triangular polygon toward to the middle of the box so that it looks real

For starters, look at basic 3dsmax tutorials that contain the "cut tool".
just start with a box and than appyly edit poly modifire than use cut tool to shap ur box and make it look like a milk box by moving vertex...
and if u r new to max just find some tutorial to start learning from basics... gud luck
