I recently purchased a new iMac to replace my Mac Mini. I can’t active Unity Pro on it due to it being the third machine. I’ve tried to get some help via support@unity3d.com, I even tried sales@unity3d.com this morning. I’ve not gotten any sort of response at all, I’m not even sure if my email was received.
Is there anyone from UT monitoring here that could give me a hand. I’m really hoping to not lose the weekend.
Support and Sales require at least 24 hours for a response, but you should have received automated tickets from both of them almost immediately after emailing.
Something is broken then. I sent on email two days ago, followed it up with another yesterday, and finally a third today (to sales) and I’ve not received any response at all. Which is why I came here since I had a fear that they hadn’t been received.
I just tested both Sales and Support and received tickets within minutes. Check your junk mail folder maybe?
I just tried a test message to support and received no response. My junk folder was the first place I looked when I hadn’t heard anything. I could try another email account but I figured if it didn’t come from my account of record with you guys it’d raise some red flags.
Did you do your test using an @unity3d.com address by chance?
Just tried from my work email and got a response back. Maybe it’s a gmail thing?
