Could be this is how they deploy testing assets to beta testers and has new things to test rather than a relationship to release proximity. Very hard to conclude anything other than it was updated.
Yeah but I think before it said it required 4.3 Beta. Now it just says it requires 4.3 as if no Beta is required.
