4.6.2f1: Disabled buttons in Package Upload window

I’m trying to upload my assets in the asset store but something goes sideways in the package upload window:
It successfully downloads the list of assets I published but even after I select one the “Select assets folder” button is still disabled. The asset store tools plugin is up to date.

Tried it in unity 5 beta, same thing.
