454 errors show on brand new empty project of unity 2020.3LTS.I was shocked.

I create new project using unity 2020.3LTS.
It starts with multiple errors in console and unity suggests to enter safe mode on brand new project.
All the errors log start with"Library\PackageCache\com.unity.test-framework".
Please help me.I am stucked.
