5.4.0b8 SteamVR issues

I created a new project and added the steamvr assets from the import options.
When the project runs the display viewport on the monitor is upside down!
The display in the Vive is fine.

When I click stop. It crashes unity.

Also when the animator windows is open the framerate crashes even though its empty.

Do you know if SteamVR will be native in 5.4, in which this problem is irrelevant, or is someone looking into this?
I’m trying to get the Vive working and this is a problem.

OpenVR is native in 5.4.0b9 and greater. Be sure to upgrade to latest SteamVR plugins on the asset store (and oculus utilities if you are targeting both platforms).

The monitor/view port display issue rendering upside-down should be resolved in b9. If not, please submit a bug report and post the case number here.

I will look into the animator window frame rate issue as well.
