5.4.0f3 Monodevelop don't start

I’ve updated to 5.4.0f3 (linux) and after that, mono-develop failed to start. I can add mono-develop path manually (/opt/Unity/MonoDevelop/bin/MonoDevelop.exe) but if i add so it will open new instance of mono develop every time i click one of the project scripts.

I can confirm this.

Also I was not able to configure it properly to be able to use the debugger.
