5.4 update completely broke cinematics and game

What happened? Cinematics were completely broken (some models were scaled down, others were scaled way up, and some now do not render at all), and my game now does not render my player character at all. DoTween functions are broken, Bird Flock scripts are broken, and I now have to revert to 5.3.5 to get back to any semblance of a working game.

What happened?

Just out of curiosity, do you get editor crashes now?

I did a 5.3.5 upgrade to 5.4 on a rather large project, but I did not get any “Re-Scale” issues, just a hard crash caused by something animation related. Some more information about your issues would be nice, if you seek help.

Have either of you filed any bug reports? What do your editor logs look like?

We are trying to isolate the problem so we dont need to upload many-many GB project,
