5.6.0f1 editor errors and red text and strange behaviour

I just installed 5.6.0f1. Sometimes when I open it up on my 4k monitor, running Windows 10 64-bit, I am greeted by weird red text in the editor, lots of errors, and strange behaviour.

Also every time I click on the heirarchy, a popup appears with the options ‘All’, ‘Name’, ‘Type’ ???

Anyone else getting this?

Hi, that sounds a lot like the issue I’m working on right now. If the issue reproduce reliably for you, can I get you to file a bug report with precise reproduction steps?

Sounds a bit like the issue I haven’t been able to reproduce as well - as if the Editor itself has lost references to a bunch of its internal data - 5.6.0f1 on OS X potentially very broken

I can’t reproduce reliably, it seems completely random.

It could happen when creating a new project, or opening an existing one. Just random
