500 error when I try to purchase assets

I purchased an asset . My online banking shows the money taken/held, but purchased assets are not in my list of assets. Submitted the error info (which luckily includes order number and so on) to support, what should I do? and how long it takes usually to solve ?

I bought an asset in November.

After purchasing, it showed me an error, but after some time (on the same day), I could see an asset in the asset list.

It has been 2 days, and still charged in my bank account, no asset in my account :smiling_face_with_tear:

You can make a request to your bank for chargeback. @AndrewAssetStore
