502 Bad Gateway on UnityServices documentation

Hi
I have tried to access https://docs.unity.com/, it opens it just fine. But it can’t open the Overview of services with the error “502 Bad Gateway”.
I tried to change my browser and clear the cache and some other workarounds from the Internet but none worked.
Please help, I need to read the documentation.

It seems that the Unity developers were working on the server and it wasn’t a local issue and after a few hours they finally fixed that.
I hope they will inform us about such situations. I wasted so much time trying to resolve the issue locally.

Hi all,

We had a backend issue which affected some of the docs pages from loading and displaying. We identified it pretty quickly, and started working on investigating and resolving the issue. sadly we discovered that we did not have a separate entry on https://status.unity.com for the docs site, so we added that and started an incident. this change happened about 2 hours into the incident, so I set the “start time” of the incident to be when we noticed it originally.

That incident is visible here in the status history: Major incident: Investigating | Services Status and it accurately represents the window of the outage of the docs site.

We now have the docs site represented in the status page, have updated our automated monitoring to track the sub-pages of the docs site, and have mitigated the issue.
