850ms lag when initially trying to grab and move around scene

After messing around in Unity for ~20m playing the game, recompiling etc. I try and move around the scene with either middle mouse or just the move feature. It causes about 1s of lag before moving around like normal…this happens every single time I try and move around and is very annoying. Restarting Unity fixes it, however having to restart every 20-30m is extremely annoying.

(I have created a new empty scene…dragging around has the exact same amount of lag)



This is moving with middle mouse on an empty scene…its getting bad spikes while nothing is happening also.

Partly solution figured out…Unattaching VS 2022 fixes the issue
(moving to VS2019 has the issue but barely)
