I bought a bunch of models and only received download links from their automated service for 1/3rd of my purchases. There seems to be something wrong with it. Haven’t heard back since messaging about it early this morning, but luckily I’m in no rush. Could be annoying for some I suppose. If you’re getting stuff from here, perhaps consider purchasing them one at a time unless it’s clarified that the automated system for sending your downloads is fixed.
Jakeo, I sent yout links out just now. Some of the products are not auto download, and others have had updates to the packs, and are in the process of being put on the auto download system. Just in case something goes wrong, due to me being in GMT time, I do mention on the website a 12hour grace period in case something does go wrong.
