I was looking for an FAQ similar to what is posted in the iOS thread but I couldn’t find one so I’ll just have to ask.
Does the Android application work on Windows?
If so, it is possible to beta test the Android games on my iPod Touch?
I’m just tryong to avoid another mishap like I did with the iOS program.

If you mean does Android publishing work on Windows, yes.
No, an iPod touch runs iOS, not Android. (There was some effort to get Android running on it, but I’m not sure anything came of it.)
