A Game of Darts?

Well I need to make a very simple darts game on Android Free where a portrait is hanging om a wall and u need to drag around om left side of screen amd tap on right side to shoot. Certain areas of the portrait give more points and well so on. I’m not asking u guys to tell me exactly how to do it but I would aprrciate like a paragraph om a brief run through on how. I have playmaker and NGUI - Next Gen that I can use.

  1. Where are you going to get the models?
  2. Are you proficient in Javascript?
  3. C Sharp?
  4. Do you have working knowledge of references for mobile?
  5. How EXACTLY do you want the game to play?
  6. How far do you want to go with the concept?
  7. Do you have the whole game planned out?
  8. Unity Free or Pro?
  9. Willingness to complete the task?
  10. And finally, why not google it? Tutorials and such.
