A question about importing fbx made in 3DsMax

I made a character with animations, and I copied this character into my Unity project folder, when it is imported, I see my character in the inspecter. But it has no textures, and my model’s normal seems all flipped, I can see only my model’s inside.

I remade some textures and attached them onto my model, but its normal still flipped…

Then I drag my model into my scene, well it looks just fine. Normal is not flipped. It seems that the normal only flips in the inspecter…

Then I found a problem that I can’t explain, I need my character’s material to have alpha chanel so that I can have it fade in or out. so I chose the [Transparent/diffuse] in the Shader. and my character looks strange, its textures are all transparent strangely, and the normal seems to be flipped again…

So I wanna ask why is this happen… thanks for helping…

Did you uv-map this and have you selected map coordinates in your fbx exporter?
It is weird that the model in game looks fine.
