A question for per title before buy pro license

Hi

Sorry but i have a serious question before buy Pro license.
What’s exact “per title”?
I have curious as can i sold my games as one buy for all of my games?
In other word and clear : Can i make many many games with only one license? (With Add-on pro of course)

If you buy a perpetual Pro license ($1500) you can make as many games as you like and the license you have will run forever.
