New Version of MegaProps Virtual Store, here i will be updating and adding things

Hi Everybody! :smile:

I’m working on a Super Props and Assets pack to sell at low cost on the Asset Store, but the good new is that when i will finish the pack i will be updating it with more assets! So, the price would be like an “inscription” to have more and more assets.

What is the objective?:face_with_spiral_eyes:
-Give an infinite quantity of Assets and Props to help all kind of Unity developer.
-Help developers modeling the assets they need. (Developer ask and in the next update will be the asset)

What would this package offers you? :wink:
-From tiny to big props and assets with realistic texturing.
-PSD (Photoshop file) from each assets or prop (if it had one), so you can modify it if you want.

How much?:sunglasses:
-This is not only a package, this will be a registration to continuous updates where new assets and props will be update.

  • This package and updates will be only on the Asset Store
    -The cost will be just 40$us. This means, you will pay this price and you will own the starter pack and the future update with NO extra charge.
    -Not per month or year, this will be a UNIQUE PAY!

Which kind of assets?:hushed:
-Anyone, indoor, outdoor, medieval, western, horror, arquitecture and much more!

When will be released?
-I will release the package when i reach 100 - 200 assets, so developer can start using this package.

I’d be interested in this, even at a highter price, but not out of the asset store (if it’s in the asset store it can already do all you’re stating, as you get updates for free, if you want to make pay a yearly free for updates, just name your package “bla bla 2013” on the asset store and make it clear you’ll have to purchase another version in 2014 if you want new stuff etc).

Buying out of the asset store is a big big no no for me, because it’s hell to track everything i own, and it’s a licensing mess, so count me in if it’s asset store :slight_smile:

As for assets i’m not looking for anything in particular, but cheap very large asset banks are always nice for prototyping, it needs to be very well organised however, having a ton of assets is useless if you can’t find them :slight_smile:

Hi there!

This package will be on the asset store, not outside (perhaps i will sell individual items or specific groups) and this will be only ONE pay, not per year or month. You pay 15 us$ and you will be available to download the package and have the future updates with no extra charge.

Also if you want those banks assets please complete the form and i will do them :slight_smile:

Hello,
It’s good news but i think you “should” up the price, really, as 15$ is very little for 500+ props! Even more so if the quality is similar as those in the screenshot for all props.
I’m not looking for assets, an asset bank is exactly what you offer “lots of assets of diferent types”. While i’m not looking for anything in particular i’m unlikely to use anything sci fi or modern. I’m likely to use anything high fantasy themed.

I love the idea you have and hope that you complete it. I personally like modern interior type assets like the ones you have in your pictures. Good work!

Thank you for the asset advice, i will work on it!
This can be a great package made by all the developers!

But you should avoid any kind of trademarked content.
Having an iPhone, or Macbook in that package can bring you in trouble.

The texture dont have the apple trademark, it has an apple with two bites, so its different, also i will make a custom OS desktop texture, so it will be different. But everything will be similar.

If you maintain the quality above, I’ve definitely be interested for $15. If you charged more, I’m not sure how high I’d go, but probably not very, since most of the assets won’t be useful to me.

You said you won’t release until there’s 500, but I think you should consider releasing at 100 or so.

Me too. Most things wouldn’t work, but some would, so I would be interested at the lower price.

Actually i’d release asap if i were him, i mean he’s selling this as something continuously updated, so may as well get to play with it early.

The quality will be the same with LOTS of assets. 15 us$ will be. And probably i will launch it when i reach 100 - 200 assets, so developers can start using it. I repeat, future updates will be free with no extra charge.

I will most definitely buy this when it hits the store. It’s a great idea and it will save developers a lot of time. You say we may edit these props as we want?

The package will have the .fbx file, the texture in png and psd so you can modify the model texture as you want. You can even open the fbx on 3d max and modify it.

Please leave the png in hightest resolution too (i don’t want to edit so o’m not using the psd, but i usually use as high res as possible)

Any kind of props, big or small that one would find in a IT datacenter. Racks, servers rackmount, servers floor mount, UPS units, big and small. Overhead lights, HVAC machines, cooling pipes, chairs, monitors.

Any kind of props, big or small that one would find on a college campus. Benches, chairs, water fountains, bike racks, library study areas, books, lab equipment, sports equipment, with the variety of campuses types and types of higher education schools, the list could be huge.
