Hi,
this bothered me for quite a while now; when extensions import huge amounts of textures/icons for example that are only used for editor UIs etc. those still clutter the unity object-picker window that one uses to assign own textures to fields.
And this applies to all kinds of assets that extensions carry with them, that in many cases are not relevant to be displayed via the object picker.
With all the recent improvements to usability in the editor this would be a super helpful addition too: to be able to mark folders as excluded/filtered from the object picker window.
