About 2 Free Unity Essentials Packs, how to download?

When I read the Unity Store in last year, I read if purchase new version of Unity ( 2017 ), I can get 2 Free Unity Essentials Packs. I bought the new Unity 2017 Plus at Dec.12.2017, but I still did not understand how to download that 2 Free Essentials Packs. I would like VR essential packs and Mobile essential packs.
I wrote email to Ryan in Unity but still did not get reply.
Does any one tell me how to do?
