About Cache AddOn License....

I heard from Unity Korea China branch that the Cache addon license fee is over US$100,000 per one project. :shock::shock:

Is it right?? It’s too expansive. Of course I know Unity is best engine for cross-platform. But this price is too high for developing/publishing web player game.

How about your opinion?

The price probably fluctuates depending on who you are and what your project is.

You don’t need the cache add-on. It just lets you cache more data to the hard drive through the web player.

We developed over 2 years for MMORPG. Our total bundle size about 2GB. This price conditions is for below:

  1. One Project
  2. about 5 GB cache
  3. Service period during before 5 years.

It means, If someone develop AAA game using Web Player, they need to pay this fee before start service.
