1- I have to share my modification to the conversation tree. (This option is in fact cool, I get something already built and share more of it)
2- I have to share open source all my project (This is bad option).
I must also attribute. That is ok. Same question goes for models and textures created with CC Share Alike. If you know the exact answer, please share.
Not finished yet. I want to argue about the benefits of this license for the Indie community? In the past I thought it was bad for business. But now I am building a project and I know if there is not freely shared stuff out there, I can not build an acceptable project.
You HAVE TO credit the creator. If you modify the code you MAY share it under the same terms but you are under no obligation to do so.
If you are having trouble finding free things to suit your project you have three options: pay for them, make them yourself, or suck it up and deal with it. You certainly aren’t going to convince anyone who is currently earning an income by selling game assets to give you their hard work for free simply because you can’t make an “acceptable” game with what is freely available.
BTW, I’m no lawyer but I did take a copyright law class when I was working on my MFA in Writing. If you want an official answer, you need to speak to a lawyer.
People who would share already do so. I don’t try to convince anyone to share. I want them to tell what they think about sharing. Talk about what is better for the person and the society.
My mistake. I read that last line to mean you that you couldn’t find any acceptable freebies and were asking the community to give you things. But I guess you mean there are acceptable freebies out there and you couldn’t make your game without them…
