About Install "Unity Web Player"

At the first time, When I play any game on facebook with Chrome and IE11 browser. Web page is show “If you want to play…, please install unity”. So I download program from main website of Unity Web Player and complete to install program. But Unity Web Player not run. Although I do at all as refresh browser, close browser and run again ,restart my computer but Unity Web Player is not run. Web page always show “If you want to play…, please install unity” again and again. (Web page is show as attachment file)
Please explain me about how to fix it step by step (Windows 8.1)

The installer installs one of three components (the “plugin”). Once installed, this plugin will download and install two further components, the player and mono. Sometimes these downloads can get intercepted if you have a download manager installed.

I download Unity full install 4.5.4 then completed to install. But it not run same ,Plz explain me how to install or fix it step by step. i'm so tired T T
