How to download , please , manual and scripting reference for unity 5.3 ?

The downloadable manual / scripting reference is available via the Unity installer. Unless you deselected the documentation option during installation, it should be listed in your start menu (Windows). It seems to be up to date as it includes the new multi-scene API.

The manual is browser based (333MB) and it’s default location is C:/Program Files/Unity/Editor/Data/Documentation.
