About Network.Disconnect(int TimeOut)

Just so I can rule out this function for a possible cause of my BUG, I need to know exactly what happens here and what are the consequences of that parameter.
So, if I pass 3, the Network interface gets 3 seconds to warn the others, but what if I start a new connection within that 3 seconds? Would it be wiser to don’t allow this to happen?
Can it mean any trouble if, for instance, a client and the server call this function at the same time?

What happens if one tries to join or create a server while there are still connections open, or still breaking up?

Any reactions are welcome.

Yeah it would be wiser to not let it happen. It’s bad to start a new session without finishing the last one.
